Steve Bonnelucq-Lane
Somatic & Craniosacral Therapist in Brighton & Lewes
I work with people who are living with the after effects of stressful and traumatic experiences, including PTSD, anxiety and addiction. I use a combination of body-oriented and psychological approaches to help people develop a deeper physical presence so that they can feel more comfortable in their own skin. Working with both the body and the mind helps to build a more integrated recovery.
I offer a compassionate, respectful and confidential space to ‘lighten the load’ of living with trauma and addiction. I view our work as a collaborative process to find a pace and approach that suits your needs.
I have been in practice since 2003 and my training includes Craniosacral Therapy and Somatic Trauma Therapy, I am also trained to work with Psychosexual issues. While I have specialised in trauma and addiction, my clinical experience (see below) includes a wide range of symptoms and conditions.
I previously worked for 12 years as a Craniosacral Therapist in a residential hospital within the NHS and taught as a Senior Tutor on Craniosacral Therapy practitioner trainings for over a decade.
